VIRTUAL | Caricature Drawings

Free! Registration is required

Pull up a chair and have your cartoon picture drawn by a caricature artist! Once complete, you will be able to access your drawing via Dropbox to download, share, or print it. Each caricature drawing takes about 12 minutes. To register and reserve your time, please email events@prattlibrary.org. This event is part of the Enoch Pratt Free Library's Summer Break Baltimore, a fun, free program for all ages that encourages literacy and learning in our community.

Visionary Walks: Experiencing Nature with Greater Awareness

In a guided walk inside Irvine Nature Center, see the woods through the eyes of photographer Pat Bernstein, whose work is currently on view in our exhibit "The Secret Life of Earth." Pat is an expert on "pareidolia," the search for hidden images in nature. Your other guide is Chef Chris Amendola of Baltimore’s Foraged Eatery. Chris actively forages for edibles which grow naturally in the woods of the Maryland Piedmont. He incorporates these local ingredients into the hyper-seasonal cuisine…
