Family Fun Color Run

A vibrant start to an amazing year! The Family Fun Color Run kicks off with a pre-race party, snacks, dancing, stretching, and community vendors. Stay a while after crossing the finish line, to keep the party going with more music, fun, and photo-opts. With no winners or official times, The Family Fun Color Run celebrates families, community, healthiness, happiness, and individuality, providing a fun, un-intimidating running environment. FREE!

Use your imaginations in a playful and creative way to promote body awareness, and positive self-expression. Students will discover fun and challenging poses to increase focus, coordination and balance, while connecting with others through partner poses and games. Class will end with a final resting pose and guided visualization to send yogis off feeling happy and peaceful.

Donuts and hot beverages await you at the end of the trail run through Lake Roland. Terrain varies throughout the 5 mile or less course. No run times will be recorded, but top finishers will be recognized at the end of the run. Pets and strollers are not allowed in the race. Check in at 8:45, race begins promptly at 9:00 pm.
