Lavender Harvest Days! Head to Purple Rain Lavender Farm in Churchville for a a wagon ride to the field, shopping, lavender sweets and treats, and great fun with beautiful scenery. Buy your tickets in advance. Tickets will also be available at the entrance. Weather dependent but if it rains tickets can be used on a different date.

Ages 8+. Fireflies are a natural joy of summer. Learn about fireflies and their flash patterns before searching and recording them in our park. The fun doesn't end here – return to the Willow Grove Nature Center to enjoy an ice cream sandwich and share citizen scientist discoveries. Both adults and children must register for this event. Limited to 20.

Bring your own non-perishable picnic and join a Robinson Naturalist at the river for lunch and fun, family-friendly river games. Search for wildlife and construct mini-boats to float downstream!
