Spend some time with your very special ‘little chef’ at Schola cooking together in their kitchen. The classes are designed to teach both parents and children how to do everything from rolling the perfect sushi to making great ice cream. This week, create the perfect fried wanton – the Crab Rangoon, then fold steamed shrimp dumplings and pork shumai. Pan fry a vegetarian dumpling and make a few classic dipping sauces to go with them. Classes will last about two hours and culminate in a tasting of everything you’ve created.
