The 27th annual Hot August Music Festival will return to Oregon Ridge Park in Cockeysville, Maryland on August 17. Organizers of the long-running event have detailed the musical lineup for this year’s Hot August Music Festival.
Dirty Grass Players, Melvin Seals and JGB, Billy Strings, Turkuaz, Pigeons Playing Ping Pong, Travers Brothership, Larry McCray, The Lil Smokies, Samantha Fish, The Old Part of Town, Cedric Burnside, Vanessa Collier.
Festival founder and promoter Brad Selko put together a lineup to meet a singular goal, “To provide a different variety of American roots music each year. Blues, bluegrass, rock, funk, jam, whatever. I like to cover the whole spectrum.” Hot August is a fan-friendly festival, that in addition to three stages of live music will feature performance artists, local artisans, a wide range of food and beverage vendors and activities throughout the day for kids.
