Join us for creative movement dance class at Towson University Community Dance, a farmers market scavenger hunt with TasteWise Kids at the 32nd Street Farmers Market, or berry picking at Hybridoma Organic Fruit Farm! Advanced registration required for the dance class and berry picking.

Looking for things to do next week? We’ll be planting rainbow gardens at St. James Academy on Wednesday, collaging the Chesapeake at Whitehall Mill on Thursday, and popping-up with free craft fun at Baltimore by Baltimore with FreshCut Crafts on Saturday!

Shakespeare is for everyone — including kids! Chesapeake Shakespeare Company In-The-Ruins is a family-friendly theatre experience in Howard County’s Patapsco Female Institute (PFI) Historic Park. Tickets are FREE for anyone under the age of 19 at performances at PFI Historic Park. One (1) youth may accompany each paying adult for free, by advance reservation. Pre-show entertainment on Sundays include live music, crafts at the picnic tables, and an actor will tell the story of the play before the performance, to help children understand what they’ll be seeing. Kids can also explore the ruins of the Patapsco Female Institute, a 19th Century girls’ school and historic landmark. This summer’s show is Much Ado About Nothing.
