This is not your typical baking class! In “Nuts for Dough”, kids will be learning to make dough from scratch in order to make favorites such as Soft Pretzels, Bagels, Pitas and Tortillas to be used as the base ingredients for several delicious recipes. This class focuses on the precise following of recipes, measuring ingredients, as well as kneading and working different types of dough. If your child loves to bake, then our afternoon classes are a perfect way for them to learn new recipes and cooking techniques through a combination of Chef leads hands-on and demonstration learning.
