Creative Clay: Floating Fish (Two part event)
July 16 & 30 | 6:30 pm – 8:00 pm
Holt Park and Center for the Arts

Start with a pinch pot, end with a ‘fancy’ floating fish. This class is designed for ages 5+ and is $10/person. It’s a two part class: Create with Clay on July 16th and Paint the kiln-fired piece on July 30th. Pre-register by emailing RMWeber@baltimorecountymd.gov. Subject line: Clay. MORE

Frog Round-Up

Bullfrogs, green frogs, and leopard frogs inhabit the wetlands of Marshy Point. Join a naturalist and stalk them in their own haunts. Wear clothes and shoes that you can get muddy! Bring a flashlight. $2/person. MORE

Trail Running at the Estuary Center

Take a guided nature walk with a naturalist/artist. Occasional planned stops will give you a chance to pause and record the natural world, using writing and drawing prompts. Pack lightly!
