Today is World Health Day. With that in mind, we’ve created a day full of pint-sized fun that’s all about wellness! Get the whole family involved in today’s healthy kids fun!

We know that staying home during COVID19 can be a challenge. Therefore, each day schools are closed, (cool) progeny will offer easy activities to keep the the whole family engaged. Oral hygiene is just as important as physical activity. Our friends at Dentistry for Kids shared a super fun free app called Toothsavers Brushing Game. This app is designed to help kids in a fun, interactive way to remember to brush their teeth for two minutes, twice a day! Have your kids give it a try and keep those pearly whites healthy!

Play With Your Food

Today’s  art challenge is going to be good enough to eat!  Research shows that picky eaters become more willing to try new foods when they are given the opportunity to play with their food.
