Mindfulness Matters

Art can be meditative both in the making and the viewing! It can record the experience connecting to ourselves, each other and the earth as well as gratitude for these connections. During the month of November, Social Studios Saturday Workshops are all about mindfulness. Think Apple Pie Shakes and Apple ice creams at The Charmery, Apple Cide Snake Bites at UNION Craft Brewing, Apple takeover menu at Well Crafted Kitchen, a special apple themed release at Baltimore Spirits Company, Hot Cider and Coffee with specialty syrups at Vent Coffee Roasters, and an Apple-themed climb at Earth Treks Hampden. In addition, their newest neighbor, The Wine Collective will open their doors for tours. Brown’s Orchards will be there selling apples and freshly pressed cider, too! Marsh Mammal Hike
