Baltimore County Public Library is offering (cool) literacy fun at their Randallstown Branch today from 1 PM – 3 PM. In honor of Read Across Maryland month, celebrate literacy with story times, face painting, crafts and costumed characters Piggie and Elephant. Special guest story timer County Executive John A.
