In this fast-paced show, we meet Jackie Robinson, the man who broke the color barrier in professional baseball. The story is driven by Branch Rickey, the owner of the Dodgers who dared to sign Robinson, who guides Robinson while believing in him and his talent. Many characters move in and out of the story that both support Robinson, and attempt to keep him down. Momotaro

Join Misako Ballet Company for the premiere of “Momotaro”, a new Ballet choreographed by Artistic Director, Misako Aoki. Based on the Japanese folk tale, “Momotaro” tells the story of a boy that comes to Earth in a peach and finds family, friends, and adventure. Misako Aoki is the 2019 recpient of the Mark Ryder Original Choreography Grant from Howard County Arts Council.
