Saturday Morning Tunes Mini Holiday Spectacular

WTMD is pulling out all the stops for their first ever Mini Holiday Spectacular Dec. 15 at Towson University’s West Village Commons Ballroom. By popular demand, they are bringing back Outcalls’ amazing performance of the songs from “Frozen” (which sold out two shows at the Baltimore School for the Arts earlier this year). Rufus Roundtree, an amazing horn player who’s part of George Clinton’s Parliament Funkadelic family, is bringing his Bmore Brass Factory along for a set of super funky holiday songs. And Towson University’s Opera in a Can is opening the show with a set of traditional, kid-friendly holiday songs. Santa Claus will be there too, and there will be snacks, coffee and more. MORE

Baltimore Recreation & Parks is excited to host another pancake breakfast and photos with Santa at the beautiful Vollmer Center within Cylburn Arboretum. Vida Taco Bar to Host Touch-a-Truck Holiday Event

Vida Taco Bar of Severna Park will host a free holiday Touch-a-Truck event on Sunday, December 16. The family-friendly fiesta will benefit Severna Park Assistance Network (SPAN), a Severna Park-based food pantry. Attendees who make a donation of one canned good will get the unique opportunity to climb aboard and explore fire vehicles, including the Chief’s Vehicle, Engine, and Ambulance, and meet first responders from the Earleigh Heights Fire Department.
