Harbor East is throwing their 2nd Annual Black Friday Block Party on November 23 from 11 AM – 4 PM. What is it? A sophisticated and civilized alternative to mall mayhem. Skip the 4 AM lines and holiday frenzy. Instead, enjoy leisurely shopping events, a mimosa and bloody mary bar, live music, and a complimentary DIY hot chocolate bar.

Yes, you can bring the kids! They’ll have family-friendly fun for the little ones including and family-friendly activities for the little ones, including face painting, cookie decorating, a balloon artist and appearances from holiday characters. Activities are free, with the exception of face painting. Families can purchase a $5 face painting voucher online in advance.

The event is FREE and if you RSVP in advance you can get free parking and be eligible for giveaway.  The first 100 RSVP guests to check in will receive a complimentary cocktail, on them!

Proceeds to benefit Helping Up Mission Women’s & Children’s Program/ Inspiring Hope Campaign. Helping Up Mission is building a Center for Women and Children in Historic Jonestown in East Baltimore.
