Sports, tutoring, piano lessons… we all know the ‘traditional’ after school activities. So we decided to share some out-of-the-box things your kids will love to do after school or on the weekends. But shhh… don’t tell the kids they’re learning!
6 Awesome Things to Do After School (or on the Weekends!)
Earth Treks | Hampden | 410.759.8330 | Website
Sure, your kids have climbed a rock wall. But we guarantee it hasn’t been one like this! Earth Treks recently opened a new bouldering facility at Union Collective in Hampden. What’s bouldering? Rock climbing without a harness. Kids can learn to climb — and perhaps even more important — learn how to fall. Make it a family affair! Families can schedule an Intro to Bouldering session and learn to climb together. Day passes are $22 and a first climb includes complimentary rental gear. Kids under 13 must climb with a parent.
