Join Dr. Abner Lall for an educational talk and walk through Cylburn’s grounds to explore the magic of fireflies. For the last five years, Dr. Lall has been leading firefly walks at Cylburn. Learn how fireflies use their bioluminescence to communicate with each other and observe them at twilight in Cylburn’s gardens. Dr. Lall will discuss how disturbances like light pollution threaten the existence of fireflies and will suggest ways for us to help save them. MORE
