Comic book fans are invited to fly, climb, leap or teleport to Baltimore County Public Library this weekend. Nationally-recognized Free Comic Book Day falls on Saturday, May 5, and the Library has so many fun things planned!

Free comic books will be distributed (one per school age child) at all 19 branches of Baltimore County Public Library on a first-come, first-served basis. Comics include: Pokémon: Sun and MoonBONGO COMICS Free-For-AllMalika: Creed & FuryStar Wars AdventuresThe Amazing Spider-Man and DC Superhero Girls

“Comic books are great for young people; the graphics can be thought provoking, inspirational and exciting,” said Baltimore County Public Library director Paula Miller. “There’s something for everyone in the comic book world and we’re grateful to Collectors Corner for helping us send these gems home – to stay – with our customers.”
