Spring has sprung — so let’s celebrate! Join (cool) progeny for a morning of family-friendly fun at The Waldorf School of Baltimore. Our pint-sized attendees will take on the role of nature explorers and adventure through Waldorf’s amazing Children’s Garden, groove with Baby Beats, learn how things grow alongside the fabulous education team at Waldorf, and even ‘shop’ at a mini farmers market. It’s a full sensory morning — touch, hear, feel, taste, and smell spring! Can’t wait to see you! Just $5/family and all proceeds benefit Waldorf’s Beekeeping program.

Baby Beats with Max and Root
Hot on the Baltimore kindie music scene, Baby Beats is the beat-boxing duo of Max and Root — who just happen to be Baltimore dads. Their March 18th concert at WTMD is SOLD OUT and we’re thrilled that the’ll be playing at our event! MORE
EcoAdventures
EcoAdventures is an Education, Enrichment, and Conservation organization located in Millersville, Maryland that offers hands-on ecological education to people of all ages. Owned by National Geographic herpetologist, Dr. Brady Barr, and marine biologist, Mei Len Sanchez Barr, EcoAdventures offers many enriching programs at our 3800 square foot facility where guests experience the sounds and sights of a simulated rainforest and mysterious underwater cave discovery room. Real Food Farm
Real Food Farm is Civic Works’ innovative urban agricultural enterprise, located on six acres of Clifton Park in northeast Baltimore. Using high-tunnel hoophouses (low-cost, low-input greenhouses) and sustainable farming methods, Real Food Farm is producing vegetables, fruits, and herbs to address our community’s food access issues and promote farming as a serious future for the city. Friedman Family Fisheries
Every summer, the Friedman family travels to their fish site at Ekuk Beach in the Nushagak River District, Bristol Bay, Alaska, to fish commercially for sockeye salmon. They have built a small processing plant on land they own near the fish site, and bring home to Baltimore a portion of their catch to market personally.
