Fairy tale engineering. Sci-Fi Writer’s Workshop. A combination of LOST-meets-Survivor-meets science adventure. Summer Camp at the Maryland Science Center is anything but ordinary.

From June 27th through July 29th, the Science Center is offering a variety of full-and-half-day camp options for kids ages 4-13. Week-long sessions cost $220-$380 ($205 – $365 for members) and they offer extended care options for early drop-of or late pick-up.

“Summer Camp at the Science Center is unique in that it utilizes the expertise of our education staff, our exhibit halls as a backdrop for exploration, and our signature brand of hands-on learning with an emphasis on fun.  Plus, we’re right at the center of everything with our waterfront location.”  –Joann Bell, camp director.

Added bonus? They provide lunch for full-day campers (and it’s not your nostalgic summer camp PBJ — chicken alfredo, popcorn chicken, and grilled hamburgers are all on the menu!). Snack is provided for half-day campers as well.

This summer, get science.
