This is one of those things that I’ve been meaning to try for a while… and, thanks to Snowzilla/Snowpocalypose16/DavidSnowie/Jonas we had a chance! Here’s a fun and simple recipe for snow ice cream. Just, as NPR writes, make sure to use fresh snow!

Some advice from the Bug to other kids: Wear gloves! It makes it trickier to whisk, but your fingers won’t freeze when you start adding snow!

… and after we were done, she asked for a second helping.
