So, it seems like a no brainer to kick off a new series with a little bit baby love since we’re five weeks and counting to Baby M’s arrival! Eek!

Confession: the nursery is, let’s say, 65% finished. Nothing left that couldn’t be finished after she arrives, but we all know the reality of that happening. We have approximately 6 newborn outfits purchased and a drawer full of 3 month clothes. 2 packs of socks. Crib. Four crib sheets. There are 24 newborn diapers waiting. Yes, I know that will last 2.4 days.

Hello, third baby. I’m fairly positive that by the time we reached 35 weeks, the Bug’s room was completely ready for her arrival, the carseat was installed and the freezer was packed full of meals.

We should probably get organized.

In that spirit, here are five baby things I’ve found (and fallen in love with!) this past week. Now to go shopping…

five things: baby love - (cool) progeny

Je Taime Toddler Blanket
Designed by Artists

I came across this gorgeous handmade blanket on Babyology yesterday. While there isn’t a ‘theme’ per say in the nursery, there is a teal, coral and yellow color story happening. I love the idea of clouds with the hot air balloon mobile we put up!

Gray Sand Drop Diaper Bag
Foxy Vida

I’m a huge fan of functional style! Designed with the on-the-go mom in mind, this bag is equipped with a waterproof interior, key clip, cell phone pocket, vegan leather wipe-clean base and a simple, sleek design. You can purchase this line locally at Wee Chic Boutique.

Infant Bathtub

This image doesn’t really do the bathtub justice. Our bathroom is a high traffic area in the house — with little storage. I love that the infant bathtub collapses,  hangs on the wall and stores flat! No more giant infant tub storage! (Plus it’s soft and you don’t need a sling!) Available locally at Wee Chic Boutique.

Merino Muslin Swaddle
Aden + Anais

Yes, that’s right. Aden + Anais now have a merino swaddle. Swoon. Love their swaddles and burp cloths-turned-bibs. I need to pick this one up, too…

Hello, I’m New Here Onesie
Eggagogo // Etsy

Handpainted onesie. So sweet. And (cool).
