Nothing says fall like a visit to a pumpkin farm. Luckily, there are a ton of options in our area — complete with hay rides, giant slides and animal visits. Here’s a round-up of area places to get your fall on {or, um, gorgeous fall photo ops!}!

Our fall is never complete without a trip to Weber’s! Located in Parkville, Weber’s offers a barnyard activity area, giant slide, rubber duck races, straw maze, mini {and BIG} tractor rides,  live entertainment on the weekends, fabulous pit beef and the best apple cider donuts EVER.

Visitors love the jumping pillows and pumpkin train rides at Summers! A classic photo op? Your kiddos in the giant chair. Don’t miss the giant pumpkin canon show and — if you go at night — bring a flashlight for the corn maze.

Milburn celebrates fall every weekend with different festival-like activities! Corn maze, Boo Barn (non-haunted!), obstacle bounce, rope maze family challenge, a bale trail and more!

Who needs a sandbox when you have a CORN sandbox? Visit Rogers’ Farm for a hayride into the pumpkin patch, barnyard animal visit, hay play, an authentic tee pee, and more! They also have a flashlight maze every Friday night in October.

Hayrides abound at Larriland Farms every weekend  in October! If you decide to take a weekday trip to pick your own apples, you’ll want to check out their Boo Barn for kids ages 4-9 and their straw maze.

Lohr’s Orchard does hayrides into the pumpkin patch every weekend in October. Weather a bit chilly? You can warm up with an apple cider tasting! {They also offer pick-your-own apples throughout October, until the trees are picked clean!}

Pick-your-own pumpkins, children’s activity area with bounce houses and scarecrow making, and an assortment of fam-friendly harvest mazes. Have older kids? Then their walking haunted woods tour may be more your speed. {Note: not for young kids or the faint-of-heart}.
