Ever had one of those nights where you unexpectedly decide to do a movie night in and find yourself scrounging the house for a fun treat? Well, scrounge no more. Not only are these croissant roll s’mores easy peasy lemonade squeezy {translation: ridiculously hard to mess up}, they’re delicious, too!

I can’t take credit for this idea. I stumbled upon them during a Saturday morning pinning marathon. You know, one of those times where you sit down to find a chicken casserole recipe and end up planning your dream home, rearranging your spice cabinet and scheduling 10 minutes of house cleaning per day because you came across a pin that said “clean your house in 10 minutes a day.”  So I have to credit Northern Cottage for this creation!

Requires three ingredients and an oven. Voila! Perfect movie night treat. Enjoy!

Croissant Roll S’mores



  • 1 canister of refrigerated croissant rolls
  • 8 large marshmallows
  • 2 Hershey’s candy bars


Preheat oven to 350F, per croissant roll instructions. Cut each marshmallow in half (I found it easier to use scissors).


Unroll each croissant roll onto a flat surface. Top with two marshmallow halves and two 1/8 pieces of the candy bar (just break along the candy bar lines).


Roll up each croissant roll and place on a greased cookie sheet.


Bake according to instructions on your croissant roll package.
