Imagination Celebration at Pratt Central Library

Join the Pratt staff at the Central Library Branch for an entire day of celebrating the imagination through storytelling and story making! Stop by and visit with our local community friends from the Walters Art Museum, the Maryland Zoo, and more. At 12:00 there will be a special performance by renowned storyteller and children’s book author Dylan Pritchett.

Stop by the Night Room in the Children’s Department  at 12:00 Noon for special storytelling fun with Dylan Pritchett! Since 1990, Dylan has been a full-time storyteller and currently resides in his hometown of Williamsburg, Virginia. He visits an average of 100 schools, libraries, museums, festivals, and conferences annually. Dylan is the co-editior of a collection of stories written by members of the National Association of Black Storytellers, Inc. entitled “Sayin’ Somethin’” and author of the children’s picture book “The First Music!”
