The public is invited to join the Waterfront Partnership, Downtown Baltimore Family Alliance, Governor Martin O’Malley, Mayor Stephanie Rawlings-Blake and the Flanigan family to celebrate the grand opening of Pierce’s Park with a ribbon cutting followed by a day of children’s activities.
