The 4th Annual Inner Harbor Art Festival returns to downtown Baltimore August 18 – 19, with an explosion of color, an eclectic array of top quality art and a troupe of the nation’s leading artists. This two-day juried show, a true celebration of the arts, enhances the vibrant and dynamic community that defines Baltimore. Admission is free and open to the public.
Bold and vibrant paintings, contemporary and whimsical art, life-size sculptures, photography and jewelry are among the original works of art that will transform the Power Plant into a first class outdoor art gallery. Prices are set to suit all budgets and range from $25 hand-designed earrings to $30,000 metal sculptures. The artists are juried by an independent panel of expert judges and hand-selected from hundreds of applicants based on quality and diversity, ensuring a wide variety of art created by the finest artists from around the country including established artists from the greater Baltimore area as well as new and emerging talent.
