Friends of Towson Library Annual Book Sale

Booklovers, mark your calendars! Friends of Towson Library (FOTL)’s annual book sale will be held this year from Thursday, April 20 through Sunday, April 23. The sale, which is a fundraiser, will feature thousands of new or gently used books at bargain prices. While the book sale has no entrance fee from Friday through Sunday, the event will kick off with a first-choice sale on Thursday evening at 5:30 p.m. The first choice sale is free for Friends of Towson Library members and $10 for non-members. Weekend hours are as follows: Friday, April 21 from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., Saturday, April 22 from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. and Sunday, April 23 from 1 to 4 p.m. MORE

Red Hot Run and Family Fun Walk

Join Roland Park Country School for the 7th annual Red Hot Run 5K and Family Fun Walk. Grab your family, co-workers, neighbors and friends for this exciting community event. Be sure to stay for the post-race celebration with music, refreshments, awards, raffles, food, a photo booth and face painting! The Kona Ice Truck will be on campus selling tasty treats, and there will be free seated massages for anyone 12 and over if registered for the 5K.
