our partners

Irvine Nature Center
Located just northwest of Baltimore, Irvine Nature Center is a leading environmental education center with 80,000 visitors a year. Their green building and 210 acres of forests, meadows and wetlands are perfect for students, families and nature-lovers. MORE

FutureMakers
FutureMakers is the mobile makerspace for grade and middle school students in the counties surrounding Baltimore and Washington, D.C. They ignite curiosity and build skills among young makers – hands-on problem solvers who tinker, build and thoughtfully play – using traditional tools and cutting-edge technologies. Developed by a team of educators and makers, FutureMakers brings maker education to public, private, homeschool and out-of-school time learning centers across the region. They believe kids need tools, not just toys. MORE

Manor Tavern
Situated in the heart of Maryland’s horse country ‘The Tavern’, as many of our local patrons refer to us, is a favorite gathering place for friends and families to enjoy a relaxed atmosphere, superior service and meals that are flavorful from beginning to end. Their gardens allow them to control all aspects of the growing process from Farm to Table. MORE

The Creative Cow
The Creative Cow is a drop-in arts, crafts & activities studio for children in Harford County, MD. Our studio offers open-ended, child-directed activities focusing on process over the product. Let our encouraging staff inspire your child in a custom designed space. MORE

Mama Bear Yoga
Mama Bear Yoga was founded in 2015 by Erin Leach (a mom, yogi, and Harford County native) to fill a need she saw in the community. Our classes aren’t just about physical fitness (although that is a very large bonus of regular yoga practice).  Yoga meets children where they are, acknowledging the perfection of wherever that is. Mama Bear Yoga provides a safe space for all children to be themselves and for their caregivers to connect with them in that moment. MORE

Hula Honeys
Born and raised in Hawaii, Momi has been living in Baltimore for over 12 years and felt it was time to share her love of Hawaiian Shave Ice with the East Coast (locals in Hawaii call it “Shave Ice” and not “Shaved Ice”). Both she and Ramsay also share their hobby of collecting and riding vintage scooters, and building out a food truck from a three-wheel scooter seemed like the perfect idea. MORE
