Santa’s House at the Christmas Village in West Shore Park
For the first time ever, Christmas Village will feature a Santa’s House in 2016! Being located conveniently in the middle of the heated festival tent right at the main food court, Santa will be in attendance every day from Thanksgiving through Christmas Eve! Bring the kids and family including your dogs (and other pets if you dare) to make Christmas memories that last by taking pictures with Santa! Bonus, on Family Fridays you can by a Kids Package and get a $5 off coupon for a picture with Santa.

The Shops at Kenilworth
A popular Santa photo opp in Baltimore County is at the Shops at Kenilworth. Make sure to reserve your spot for ther Saturday morning breakfast with Santa and magic show for $10 a person at 8:30 a.m. on December 3rd. Don’t worry about long lines–even after a long wait, the promise of a visit at the beloved train garden downstairs and a cupcake or some macaroons downstairs at Ashley’s Sweet Beginnings are often enough to keep impatient visitors in line. Santa has already made himself comfortable at the local malls around Baltimore. Check the website for hours, coupons, reservations (not required), and special events including pet nights and family portraits for The Mall in Columbia, White Marsh Mall, Towson Town Center, Westfield Annapolis, Harford Mall, and Arundel Mills.

Santa Claus makes his grand debut Saturday after Thanksgiving – arriving in his alternative sleigh….a firetruck! He will be at both the Davidsonville and Severna Park locations every Saturday and Sunday through December 18th. MORE

Santa is helping to light the tree at Hunt Valley on Friday, November 25th. He’s then heading to Greetings & Readings from 1 PM – 5 PM on Saturdays in December (3rd, 10th, and 17th). You might want to tack-on a story time at 11, too. 

Santa in Ellicott City
December 3rd |  12 PM – 4 PM | Ellicott City

Bring the family to visit Santa in Ellicott City’s historic log cabin on Main Street!  Santa will arrive in an antique firetruck escorted by our friends from the Howard County Fire Department. Parents are welcome to take photos. MORE

Christmas on Walthar

Head to Walthar Gardens for an evening filled of live music, photo booth, face painting, crafts, Santa mail, Santa visit, polar express dining cart for coco and cookies, and tree lighting with community carols. The Mayor’s Christmas Parade
December 4th | 1 PM | 36th Street, Hampden

Head to Hampden on Sunday, December 4, 2016 at 1PM for the Mayor’s Christmas Parade. Sponsored by community associations and businesses in North Baltimore’s Hampden and Medfield neighborhoods.The attendance along the 2.5 mile route reached 25,000 people last year at the Annual Mayor’s Christmas Parade to view Santa Claus and about 160 marching units. The parade will feature floats, local TV and Radio personalities, over 100 Harley Davidson motorcycles, a steam calliope, great bands, Mummers of Philadelphia, Miss Yuletide and Jr. Miss Yuletide and of course Santa! Santa at the Conservatory
December 4th | 1:30 PM – 3:30 PM | Rawlings Conservatory

Join the Rawlings Conservatory for treats and jolly fun on Sunday, December 4! Admission is free, though donations are encouraged and appreciated. $5 per person recommended.  Santa is visiting the Conservatory’s annual Poinsettia Display (and won’t that make for awesome photos?!?) Sing-a-Long Trains

The popular Santa Sing-a-long trains are back on the schedule this year with holiday cheer for all ages. On your trip north, Jeff Greenawalt will read the Night Before Christmas in anticipation of a visit from the man in red. There will be a lot of excitement on the way back when Santa boards the train and helps Jeff sing familiar Christmas Carols. Friday evening runs will be pulled by the diesel engine and include short visits with Santa in the caboose. Saturday and Sunday runs will be pulled by the steam engine with hot chocolate, cookies and music in the station prior to departure. MORE
