The last thing you want to worry about on a summer weekend is what’s for dinner next week… So we’ve done the hard work! Pick up the items for these easy meals and you’ll have quick, flavorful dinners all week long!

Monday: Blackberries are in season… Get a little adventurous with your grilled cheese and try this Blackberry Bacon Grilled Cheese sandwich! If your kids don’t like a little spice, skin the jalapeños.
Tuesday: An easy meal for a hot night — and can also be ‘deconstructed’ for little eaters: avocado caprese grilled chicken salad!
Wednesday: We’re big fans of dinners that don’t require you to be a sous chef but still allow everyone — even the pickiest of eaters — to be satiated and satisfied! That’s why we do a LOT of noodle bowls around our house. Love this DIY Soba Noodle bowl idea!
Thursday: Street taco flavor meets the sheet pan. This chili-lime salmon literally goes from sheet-pan to table in under 15 minutes. Fresh pineapple and corn-on-the-cob make it a meal!
Friday: Did you know that Friday is National Lasagna Day? (Well, now you do!) Celebrate in summer style with these zucchini lasagna roll-ups. Best part? You can assemble them the night before AND it will help use up all of the zucchini from your garden or CSA bundle. All it needs is a green salad and you have a simple, meatless meal that satisfies the whole bunch!
