Wild West Fun Night @ The Y
July 1 | 5:30 PM – 7:30 PM

Enjoy an evening of Western-themed games and activities with The Y in Central Maryland at its Wild West Fun Night. Learn campfire songs, make Happy Trails mix and s’mores, pan for gold, take pictures in a Wild West photo booth, participate in pool noodle horse races and more! MORE

Celebrate summer with the folks from Belvedere Square. The Square is bringing the fun to to Friday nights in Baltimore, featuring live music from the region’s top and newest bands and the restaurants and market merchants of Belvedere Square. Enjoy ice cream and Summer Shandy (lemonade and wheat beer) from Atwater’s, crawfish boil from Tooloulou, kombucha by the glass and fermented snacks from Hex and chocolate ice tea and Mexican Chocolate Paletas from Jinji. 4th of July with Frederick Douglas @ Fort McHenry
July 4 | 11 AM – 2 PM

Fort McHenry will recreate the atmosphere of this historic speech. Crutcher, dressed as Frederick Douglass, will stand atop a platform festooned with red, white and
blue bunting, and reenactors in top hats and ladies in hoop skirts will join modern visitors as the audience.

Following the speech, visitors will be invited to a lively question and answer session with Crutcher and NPS staff about what “The Star-Spangled Banner” meant to Frederick Douglass and means to Americans today. MORE

4th of July with Frederick Douglas @ Fort McHenry

Greater Baltimore’s biggest Fourth of July celebration returns to the Inner Harbor!  Baltimore’s Fourth of July Celebration presented by Ports America Chesapeake takes place Monday, July 4, 2016 from 7 to 10pm at Baltimore’s Inner Harbor with live music and celebratory fireworks. At 7pm, audiences can enjoy live music from the U.S. Navy Band Cruisers as they perform contemporary hits from the Inner Harbor Amphitheater at Pratt and Light streets.  The fireworks show, choreographed to patriotic and contemporary music, begins at 9:30pm. 4th of July Picnic at the Top

Top of the World Observation Level invites guests to experience the Fourth of July from the Top!  Picnic at the Top takes place on Monday, July 4, 2016 from 7pm to 10pm. Visitors can take in a 360-degree view of Baltimore as well as have the best view of the vibrant fireworks display from 27 floors above the Inner Harbor.The event offers food & beverage, children’s activities, a live DJ and photo booth.
