Tweens and Technology at Wee Chic
Wee Chic is excited to host the experts from Baltimore Child Abuse Center for a three part speaker series focused on Tweens and Technology. The series will arm parents and their tweens with better information and communication practices to improve online safety in today’s ever-changing digital world.  Things kick-off on Friday with a parents-only reception and talk, followed by a tweens-only session on Saturday. B&O Railroad’s 189th Birthday Celebration
The weekend of February 27 & 28, the B&O Railroad Museum celebrates the railroad’s 189th birthday! A special weekend of train rides will also be offered at this celebration and depart on Saturday, February 27 at 11am, 1pm, and 2:30pm and Sunday, February 28 at 12:30pm and 2pm. On Saturday, February 27, kids can participate in the Railroad’s Birthday Bash that includes train and party games, interactive education stations, and more at this railroad party. MORE

Celebrate Engineers on Saturday at the National Building Museum by participating in this free, hands-on, and fun-filled family day with over 20 activities designed for kids. Maple Sugarin’ Weekend at Oregon Ridge
Head down to Oregon Ridge’s Sugar Shack any time between 10AM and 4PM on Saturday or Sunday to learn the magic behind the fascinating process of making maple syrup! Take an invigorating hike to the sugar bush to tap a tree for sap. Then, taste maple syrup and sugar! Hikes on the hour. Sugar on the snow demos at 12:30 and 3:45. Sugar time activities are FREE!
