Sweat for a GREAT cause with Gundalow Juice on September 20th! In celebration of their one year anniversary, Gundalow Juice is hosting a fitness frenzied morning to raise funds for Kennedy Krieger’s Yoga-Based Psychotherapy Group. YBPG uses yoga, movement, mindfulness and breathing to help children increase behavioral and emotional self-regulation and pro-social skills. On Sunday, Sept 20th Gundalow will be partnering with the studios/gyms where their juices are sold to host a charity class at 11AM, then from 12-3PM participants can enjoy lite refreshments and signature cocktails mixed with Gundalow Juice at Ryleighs Oyster (both the Federal Hill & Hunt Valley locations).
