Hero Fit
Come get Hero Fit and help kids lift some of the weight off of their shoulders. FX Studios will host a fitness event to benefit Baltimore Child Abuse Center (BCAC) at Under Armour’s Combine Training Center in Locust Point, Baltimore. Hero Fit will combine fitness and fun. Throughout the day, attendee’s can participate in multiple fitness classes such as yoga, spinning, boot camp, and kids camp (a child-friendly agility class). Family Fire Safety Day
Come spend a FREE DAY at the Fire Museum of Maryland! Bring in your fire extinguisher to be tested (small fee). Purchase a new fire extinguisher. Learn about the lives of fire fighters and why they wear such weird clothing! Have your child’s fingerprints taken. Find out about smoke alarms and carbon monoxide detectors. Nano Day at The Maryland Science Center
Explore the miniscule world of atoms and molecules at the Maryland Science Center’s NanoDay, part of a nationwide festival dedicated to nanoscale science and engineering. Hands-on activities will illuminate the mysteries of this surprising science that is making waves in many areas, from computers to cancer treatments. Flashlight Egg Hunt at Robert E. Lee Park
Need more challenge in your egg hunt? Use your night vision and a flashlight to find hidden eggs along our trails. (Expert-level hunt for ages 10 to adult starts at 8:00pm after the kids program.) Sensory Morning at The Walters
Join The Walters for a morning of accessible museum programming designed specifically for children with Sensory Processing Disorders and their entire family. We welcome participants an hour before the museum opens to the public, allowing families to enjoy the collections of the Walters Art Museum during quiet, less stimulating hours. The Garden Galaxy: Spring Bulb Flower Show
