Does your two-year-old belt that song — I mean, just let it go — when he sings? Is your toddler pounding Grandma’s piano like a jackhammer? How about your preschooler? Is she still singing Five Little Pumpkins three months after Halloween?

Then they might need a music class.

You all know what the research says. Music is amazing for developing minds. It also happens to be pretty darn good for developing souls, too.

St. James Academy is offering a brand-new music series starting next month. Music, Mommy, & Me is geared for 2 to 4 year olds with an accompanying caregiver.  The program is designed to introduce your child to the fundamental concepts of rhythm, melody, and steady beat. But, the more important introduction is simply to the JOY of music! The course will be taught by Pam Minor of “Pam the KinderSinger” fame. {Yes, she happens to be a celebrity in our house, too.}

Class runs from 10:00 to 10:30 AM beginning Tuesday, February 24, 2015 and ending Tuesday, March 31, 2015 (no class Tuesday, March 17, 2015). The price of this course is $50.
