We had a blast ringing in the holiday season with you at our Milk + Cookies Social, part of Harbor East’s Window Wonderland kick-off festivities! Many thanks to all of our partners, including Maryland Athletic Club, The Adventures of Mirabelle, Funny Faces Face Painting with Shari K., and Wondersitter (who provided the Stroller Valet!).
Everyone got to make a glitter ball ornament! Here’s a tutorial on how you can make one at home.
Mirabelle, Baltimore’s favorite Boston Terrier, came to play! And Mr. Muller shared her new holiday story during a special read aloud session.
There were lots of giggles, grins, and Christmas tree gazing! After everyone wrote their letters to Santa, of course.
Milk, cookies, wine and cheese. A little snack for everyone (little and BIG kids!).
Luckily the weather cooperated and everyone could take the window scavenger hunt challenge without freezing. Congratulations to Sue Caldwell of Lovelyarns with her display: “The Twelve Days of Knitmas” at City Sports. She won this year’s Kid’s Choice Window Award!
There were lots of things to see while on the scavenger hunt — including fabulous street performers who were out as part of the Window Wonderland festivities!
Again, many many thanks to all of you who came to play! Catch the 14 fabulous holiday windows now through the end of the holiday season in Harbor East. Join us for our next holiday play date, a modern soiree at Green Spring Station on December 14th!
