Come in your PJs and join us for an early morning play date full of storybook fun on Saturday, November 2nd at St. James Academy. At 8:30 am, students from St. James Academy will be performing scenes from the beloved children’s story Charlotte’s Web (a don’t miss! The school is known for their outstanding theatre program!). After that, munch on breakfast treats (plenty of java for the grown-ups), meet local authors, get your face painted and participate in fun book-themed arts and crafts projects developed by the St. James Academy Staff.
The first 50 families will nab a (cool) swag bag and the first 50 children will get to decorate their own tote bag. We’ll finish the morning off with a pajama dance party! This play date is designed for kids ages 3-8 (but younger siblings are definitely welcome!).
You’ll get to mingle with Mirabelle and Mr. Mueller from the The Adventures of Mirabelle series and meet Puck from the Doodle Storybooks, too! Perfect opportunity to pick up a few signed holiday books for gifts, too. Don’t miss this fun morning and to explore St. James’ gorgeous Baltimore County campus.
FREE! But please bring a new children’s book to donate to The Little Lion Challenge. We’re putting togther book and PJ care packages for local children’s hospitals. Thanks for helping us make a little roar!
