TODAY Show Taping/Ravens Rally
“Today Show” folks are hoping Baltimore fans will throw on their purple gear and head to the Inner Harbor on Friday as they film live to show off Baltimore’s Super Bowl pride. Natalie Morales will be representing the ‘Today’ crew at the Inner Harbor amphitheater from 7 to 10 a.m. Mayor Stephanie Rawlings-Blake will be interviewed. And Morales, lucky lady, will also get a taste of Baltimore. According to Sun Blogger Jill Rosen, The National Aquarium might make an appearance — possibly in the form of a diver who can do an underwater Ray Lewis dance. MORE INFO

Waterfront Partnership Kicks Off Heart the Harbor Contest
Love is floating along the Waterfront this February! Come down to the Waterfront and locate one of Waterfront Partnership’s eight hearts along the promenade (between Rusty Scupper and Bond Street Wharf). Last Weekend to Catch the Disney’s Beauty and the Beast

Children’s Opera: Little Red Riding Hood
In collaboration with Towson University Opera, the Annapoli Opera Company continues their tradition of offering an opera specially geared for children. Seymour Barab’s Little Red Riding Hood is a delightful adaptation of the fairy tale classic, in which the scary wolf is transformed into a comic character and important lessons about life are learned. KERPLUNK at the Creative Alliance

Pumpkin Theatre: Quest of the Ziz Bird
A NEW PLAY! Written by Pumpkin Theatre Producing Artistic Director, Jimi Kinstle with music by Ryan Michael Haase and based on the children’s book The Hardest Word, by Jacqueline Jules, The ZIZ is a giant mythological bird (ours will be a puppet!) that one day accidently destroys the community garden of the children.
