GIVEAWAY: $100 donation to the local charity of your choice

If you’re a parent, it seems like December is the season for the ‘gimmies’ and the ‘get mes’ — but we think it’s important to always remember giving. Which is why for today’s giveaway, we’ll be donating $100 to the local Baltimore charity of the winner’s choice. There are so many local non-profit organizations that do such good work for families and children in and around Baltimore. This giveaway is an opportunity to give back!

THE GIVEAWAY:
In our 2012 holiday guide, we highlighted how to give the gift of giving this holiday season — along with nine local charities we love because of their commitment to Baltimore kids and families. We know that all of our readers have local charities that are near and dear to their heart. The winner of today’s giveaway will be able to select a local non-profit of their choice and we’ll donate $100 in the winner’s name to that charity. Please note that the recipient charity must be a registered non-profit in the state of Maryland with a current 501(c)3 status. {Our accountant says so}.
