Children’s Author Stephanie Guzman at Greetings & Readings
Maryland author and second grade teacher will be at Greetings & Readings signing her new book on Saturday at 11:00 AM! Stephanie works for Harford County Public Schools as a second grade teacher. As she began her teaching career, she noticed there were not many books available to children addressing the many character development issues that are important today. The Adventures of Oliver the Clownfish: Invitation Slip-Up is the first in her series of inspiring children’s books. Maryland Renaissance Festival
Hear ye, hear ye — the Maryland Renaissance Festival opens this weekend in Crownsville, Maryland. 16th-century English festival, 10 stages, 5,000-seat jousting arena, 140 food and craft shops and more! Cromwell Valley Arts Festival
The Towson Arts Collective presents two days of arts, crafts, writers, musicians, wine, food, craft beer, classic cars and kids activities. Saturday 10 a.m. to 5 p.m., Sunday noon to 5 p.m. The event is free, but the collective asks for a $5 per car donation for parking. MORE INFORMATION
