They’ve introduced a 4 week fitness mini-session that launches after Thanksgiving and wraps up just before Christmas (November 29th – December 22nd). “We know that the best way to keep a new years resolution is to start your resolution before January 1st,” said Beata Lorinc of Body Back Baltimore. “That’s why we created the Body Back Mini-Session this year. We wanted to help moms start on their fitness goals before the new year and carry them into 2012.”

The holiday mini-session includes 2 workouts per week at the Patterson Park Public Charter School Gymnasium, meal plan/food diary, fitness assessments, coaching, three workout DVDs, and the support of the other fabulous moms in your program. All of that personal attention for just $149 (if you sign up by November 10th).
